If you are not satisfied with the Products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your Order Confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the Products and get a refund, provided that you return the Products to us according to the procedure indicated here. This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason.

Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.

In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs provided that the product being returned is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. In any event, the costs you bear to return the goods (for example the shipping cost of the return) will be at your expense and you bear the risk of damage or loss of the goods during a return until the goods reach us.

 
Legal guarantee for faulty goods

In addition to the above, we recognise the statutory 14 day guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 14 days. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. Please contact us to register a warranty case.

You can return faulty Products within 14 days of your receipt of the products and get a full refund, including any shipping costs, as applicable.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Please allow 14 business days for our warehouse to inspect your return and process your refund.

Please include your Order Reference within your return parcel. Products returned without an associated Order Reference cannot be refunded. 

Orders returned using the Pre Paid Returns Label included with your order will have £3.75 (the cost of the return postage) deducted from their refund total.
